Tim Wiggins Inspections co-owner and communications manager
In addition to being Tim’s wife, Barbara is the co-owner and communications manager at Tim Wiggins Inspections. She is TWI’s goal setter and assists with drone implementation, marketing and digital resources.
Prior to joining TWI Inspections full-time, Barbara worked for more than 15 years as a career development coordinator at Heritage High School and Wakefield High School until she retired in 2016. She also taught in Ohio, Indiana and Missouri.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in home economics from The Ohio State University and earned a Master of Science in occupational education from North Carolina State University.
For more than a decade, she has been a member of the Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Northeastern Regional Business Alliance. She serves as a mentor for the Wakefield Business Alliance and both she and Tim have been active in their church.
Originally from Deersville, Ohio, Barbara grew up playing the oboe, became a majorette, participated in sports– such as volleyball, basketball and gymnastics–and won Best in Show in clothing competitions at the Ohio State Fair.
When not working, Barbara enjoys playing with her grandchildren, cooking and entertaining, participating in outdoor activities and going to the beach.
