Most of Tim’s time is spent performing home inspections, which are typically conducted during the sale of a home and help prevent buyers from overlooking costly repairs. His thorough inspections involve all aspects of the home, including its interior and exterior, and provide customers with detailed information on the structure they own or plan to purchase. When working with realtors, Tim makes sure inspections are completed by the due diligence date.
Clients are encouraged to walk their inspections with Tim and as a licensed realtor, he can access both the interior and the exterior of a property without requiring the client’s realtor to be present.
Tim co-owns TWI with his wife Barbara, who also serves as TWI’s communications manager. They understand that buying a home is typically the biggest investment someone makes, and their company provides services that protect that investment. For 20 years, customer relationships and client needs have been at the forefront of their business.
